We do not and cannot guarantee that any visa, eVisa, or travel application will be approved. Approval decisions are made entirely at the discretion of the relevant government or consular authority, based on their own criteria and requirements, which are outside our control and may change without notice.

Any government, appointment, courier, insurance, or other third-party charges are separate from our service fees and will also be explained before you proceed. Nothing is charged without your knowledge and agreement.

Cancellation and refund terms depend on the specific service booked (for example, flights, hotels, or visa-assistance services), as third-party providers and government bodies often apply their own non-refundable fees. We will explain the applicable cancellation terms clearly before you confirm any booking or paid assistance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EuroTitan Holidays shall not be liable for any visa refusal, travel delay, or other loss arising from decisions made by government authorities, airlines, hotels, or other third parties outside our control. We are not liable for losses arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided to us by you.
